After 10 years of serving the general public, it became apparent that there is a need for high quality memorials without the high cost of cemetery and funeral locations that feel you are their customers and you should not shop prices. The truth is most granite that is used for memorials comes from the same quarries. The difference is the time a designer is willing to spend with a family. A low price may come with quality help, and a high price may come with nothing else.
PAYMENTS Payment plans are offered without any interest. There is a 5% charge for using Pay Pal. There are no fees for checks, money orders, and monthly bank drafts.
REFUNDS Refunds are pro-rated for the first 10 days. Full refund minus any Pay Pal or Bank Fees within 3 days. There is a seventy-five percent refund for canceled sales between 3 and 10 days. There are no refunds after 10 days. You may change an order within 2 weeks of it being paid in full. No memorial will be ordered until paid in full.
